Needless to say, the action is hot in the kitchen, as our teams race against the clock to create their dishes. Each student is responsible for one dish for their team - an appetizer, an entree, or a dessert. As they work hard on their dish, our MPS Cafe Leads are watching closely to ensure our students are using the best skills possible; safety in the kitchen, food safety, and hygiene are all incredibly important in this competition! #ChoppedItUp
