Rental Request Process
The following spaces within the district of Middletown Public Schools can be rented by the public:
- MHS Auditorium/Theatre
- MHS Lecture Hall
- MHS Athletic Stadium
- MHS Computer Lab1/Media Center
- MHS Baseball
- MHS Computer Lab2/Media Center
- MHS Cafeteria
- MHS Media Center/Library
- MHS General Classrooms
- MHS Media Center Conference Room
- MHS Gym - Main
- MHS Pool
- MHS Gym - Small
- MHS Softball Fields
- Keigwin Fields
NOTE: REGARDING THE RENTAL OF THE MHS FINE ARTS THEATRE, anyone out of district must contact Jill Power at powerj@mpsct.org.

Print and complete this form: Facility Rental Form #1330

Submit the completed rental form (linked above), insurance certificate (from insurance company), and payment (if applicable) to the Facilities Department, located at 372 Hunting Hill Avenue, Middletown, CT 06457.
