We are very lucky to have an incredible panel of local celebrity chefs joining us to judge this competition!
Chef Sonia Salazar is the owner of Barracuda Bistro and Bar, 80 Proof Kitchen, and Te Amo Tequila Bar in New Haven; Elisa Bramato is the owner of Esca Restaurant and Wine Bar, right here in Middletown; and Chef Kevin Cottle is the Director of Culinary Operations for American Cruse Lines, the Chef at Power Ridge Mountain Park and Resort, and a star chef on the hit reality television program Hell's Kitchen!
